We’re a group of advocates, storytellers, artists, social scientists, strategists and big thinkers. We live to bring people together and to advance social justice missions. We seek systemic change. We like data. We believe in the power of creative expression. We are inspired by change agents whose work is rooted in social justice and anti-racism across issues and sectors. We are all in for impact.
Our Mission: Metropolitan Group crafts strategic and creative services to amplify the power of voice of change agents in building a just and sustainable world.
Metropolitan Group envisions a world with vibrant and equitable communities, well-being and safety for all, and a healthy planet for future generations.

As a leading B Corps, every year on our anniversary–February 14–MG provides an annual report on our civic and community engagement; our staff additions and promotions; what we are doing in service to our commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion; and a summary of some of the incredible work our clients have accomplished. See this year’s report here.
