Monica Cho Brewer

To Connect

Monica’s greatest joy in her work is connecting people and organizations in ways that create real change and visible social progress.

Monica supports the management of new business development efforts across MG/ISMG. She works in close collaboration with strategists to identify and respond enthusiastically to new project opportunities. Along with promoting MG services and qualifications, she manages internal projects and various initiatives.

Her areas of expertise include: 

  • Community engagement and collaboration
  • Project development and execution
  • Contract acquisition and proposal development

Experience

Monica’s previous experience is built on education and nonprofit management. She is proud to be an AmeriCorps alumna and former educator. Monica received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oregon in political science. 

In Community

Currently, Monica serves as a board member for Seeding Justice, a community organization that funds grassroots movements committed to community and planetary well-being. They support emerging organizations and change makers on the frontlines fighting for social, racial gender, disability, economic, and environmental justice. She is also a chair of their annual Justice Within Reach events committee.

Monica is a runner, an adventurer and an optimist. She enjoys learning new things, trying new foods (especially snacks!) and having a good time.
