Experience

Before joining MG, Mallory worked extensively with many Portland-based nonprofits in developing community engagement programs and projects to create lasting connections. Her experience includes working in community and ensuring that equity and inclusion are centered in all of her programmatic work. Through innovation, she’s project managed cross-functionally to create impactful statewide grant reports, mobilize summer intern programs and lead events to engage with our local transit-riding community.

In Community

In the community, she is honored to be a foster parent, volunteer with Every Child PDX, and act as a coach for Girls on the Run. During the weekends, you can find her exploring historical landmarks, hiking the trails or kayaking the river, almost always with her pup, Marathon, by her side.
