Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time.— Ruth Bader Ginsburg
An adventurer at heart, Mallory is a dedicated community-driven project manager with a keen eye for detail and connecting the dots to find success with innovative solutions.
Born and raised in Portland, Mallory is motivated by projects that help her community find success and provide for the greater good. As a member of MG’s Project Management team, Mallory brings a collaborative approach to her projects and goes deep to find success with innovative and efficient solutions that serve all stakeholders.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Scope management
- Collaborative project management
- Budgeting and analysis
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership
- Event management
- Social impact branding
Before joining MG, Mallory worked extensively with many Portland-based nonprofits in developing community engagement programs and projects to create lasting connections. Her experience includes working in community and ensuring that equity and inclusion are centered in all of her programmatic work. Through innovation, she’s project managed cross-functionally to create impactful statewide grant reports, mobilize summer intern programs and lead events to engage with our local transit-riding community.
In the community, she is honored to be a foster parent, and to serve as a CASA (court-appointed special advocate) to an incredible teen and a coach for Girls on the Run. During the weekends, you can find her exploring historical landmarks, hiking the trails or kayaking the river, almost always with her pup, Marathon, by her side.
