As an executive assistant at MG, Isabel pairs her proclivity for organizing, list-making and double-checking with a passion for social transformation, justice and equity.
Isabel supports our Environment and Sustainability focus area and New Business Development team. She brings a keen attention to detail, strong spirit of collaboration and intersectional thoughtfulness to both the client teams and internal initiatives she is a part of. She is driven by a desire to support others, from colleagues to communities, in doing their best work and achieving their vision.

Prior to MG, Isabel has worked primarily in higher education, where she gained expertise in strategic communications, event planning, volunteer coordination and program assistance.
Isabel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon.
Isabel enjoys making the most of all the Pacific Northwest has to offer—from camping to craft beer. Outside of work, you can find her birdwatching, cooking and searching for her favorite disco albums on vinyl.
