A North Carolina native, with a Sierra Leonean twist and a heart for serving people, Debra is an MG director working on digital strategy—reaching diverse, multicultural and global audiences with her work.
Her role as director at MG reflects Debra’s knack for developing and implementing media and influencer strategy, social media marketing plans and digital campaigns, elements that are most often at the core of MG’s change agent role in the world.
Her areas of expertise include: social listening, content strategy and marketing, social advertising and community management.
Debra has valuable experience in the integrated marketing and public relations space for industries such as local government, health care, lifestyle, food and beverage, and real estate.
Debra has a Master of Arts degree in public relations and strategic communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from North Carolina State University.
Debra’s favorite pastimes are binge-watching Netflix series and exploring what new restaurants, wineries and breweries have to offer.
