Chantelle finds harmony in her role at Metropolitan Group by combining their passion for the arts and a strong background in technology and administrative support.

Chantelle is a senior associate of culture, programs and operations. She supports MG’s Environment and Sustainability, Public Health and Digital teams and facilitates our wide-ranging projects and the development of new business opportunities. Their areas of expertise include: operations management, project coordination and systems administration. 

Experience

Chantelle has a background in operations management, sales and marketing, and IT support.

  • Workflow coordinator, Microsoft O365 (Experis)—Audited workflow and provided tier 1 support for O365 support administrators.
  • Complex Sales and Services coordinator, Kimpton Hotels—Sales office coordinator for three Kimpton sister properties where she tracked contract lifecycles to ensure compliance and assigned RFPs to appropriate segment managers.
  • Front office manager, Sheraton BWI—Managed front-office operations team and balanced quarterly P&L budget for operations team.

In Community

An advocate for the preservation of the environment and local arts programs, Chantelle can often be found volunteering with programs devoted to both causes.

They are a member of Empower DC, and volunteers for Martha’s Table and Techbridge Girls. She also serves on the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities as a grant application panelist.

In their free time, Chantelle enjoys channeling her true enthusiasm for technology into creative graphic and web design.
