Thomas is a skilled manager who prides himself on his ability to consider a project from many perspectives while remaining focused on the stakeholders, their objectives and the success of his teammates.
Born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Thomas has politics in his DNA. Through his work at MG, he seeks to advocate for progressive policies, underserved communities and collaborative efforts to challenge the status quo in order to build a better world for current and future generations. Thomas brings this mindset—along with the work ethic, diversity of experience and attention to detail from a decade of small business management—to everything he does at MG, always with the goal of providing his coworkers and clients with the things they need to be successful.

Experience
Thomas has a Bachelor of Arts in political science with honors from the University of Vermont, where he also earned a minor in Sociology, served as a teacher’s assistant for “SOC019: Race Relations in the U.S.” and completed an undergraduate research thesis: Democracy and U.S. Foreign Policy.

In his free time, Thomas can be found snowboarding on Mount Hood, playing guitar with friends, working in the garden, camping all over the Northwest, cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers and just barely keeping up with his wife and two young children.
