
Nicole Adams

For over 20 years, Nicole has helped clients develop and use strategic communications as an essential tool for advancing positive social change through an unequivocal equity lens.
Nicole brings extensive community relations experience to MG/ISMG. From creating comprehensive communications programs from the ground-up, to leading governmental agencies in developing partnerships with hard-to-reach, disenfranchised stakeholders, Nicole is dedicated to leveling the playing field between intercultural and other diverse communities and institutional powers that be. As an enrolled member of the Colville Confederated Tribes, she brings experience working with nonprofits, governments, Native-led and Tribal organizations on campaign development, stakeholder communication and capacity building.
Experience
Nicole has served as communications lead for the American Indian College Fund, National Indian Child Welfare Association, Center for Native Education, and the City of Portland (OR) Water Bureau. Her experience also includes working with Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) and The Partnership for Native Children.
