Lauren is a strategic thinker and creative dreamer working to build a more compassionate and safe world that’s accessible to all. She brings deep global experience in human rights, equity, reproductive justice and storytelling to MG.
Lauren’s passions lie in creating narratives to advance missions and policies that solidify public support and shift stigma. She is deeply committed to weaving arts and activism, and finding new ways to elevate the voices of young people and make space at the table for those who have historically been excluded. Lauren is an accomplished writer and leads her work with empathy, creativity, humor and organization.

Before joining MG, Lauren produced ads for the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign and Georgia’s Warnock and Ossoff runoffs for the U.S. Senate. She also served as associate director of campaigns and advocacy at Women’s Equality Center, where she oversaw communications and digital strategy for reproductive health advocacy campaigns and U.S. programs.
Lauren served as the manager of storytelling initiatives at the Center for Reproductive Rights and has a long history leading communication strategy and storytelling work, both domestically and internationally. Her global experience to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights, create and lead advocacy campaigns, and provide strategic communication strategy and thought partnership to various organizations and NGOs has amplified her passion to build an equitable, inclusive and sustainable world.
Lauren holds a Master of Arts in international affairs, governance and human rights from The New School.
Outside of work, Lauren can be found biking around NYC, greeting every human and dog she bumps into, or baking for her community. She is passionate about LGBTQ rights, community activism, all things outer space and music.
