Brit brings her North Dakota upbringing to MG, where she works every day to achieve her goals of helping people reach their potential and achieve great success—by supporting their efforts and strategic work.
Here at MG, Brit is our operations coordinator, lovingly “herding cats” to fulfill her many responsibilities. She makes sure that our internal workflow and processes run smoothly, and assists in recruiting efforts. She supports human resources and oversees employee onboarding, helping new employees become familiar with the organization, their new colleagues and our culture. Brit is also an executive assistant to three staff members at MG.

- Skill assessments
Program developer, North Dakota Farmers Union, a nonprofit agricultural organization; building and implementing member programs, including Grow to Lead, a leadership development program; collegiate chapters across three major universities; and a yearly youth program.
Brit has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Global Studies: World in Dialogue from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Brit takes her love of animals to an Arabian horse rescue in Oregon City, where she volunteers regularly.
She enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her dog, Lincoln, and cat, Glen. In between work, volunteering and discovering the region, she loves to cook and try new recipes, especially from The New York Times Food section.
