Billie Jean Bachmann
Billie Jean is a friendly and aspiring professional who has exceptional organizational skills and a desire to achieve success. She excels in high stress and fast-paced environments and has a talent for bringing structure and efficiency to complicated projects.
Billie Jean takes pride in maintaining an efficient, organized and inclusive work environment in the building. Her goal is to help support office events and make sure our Portland office runs smoothly. She also brings her passion for the environment by finding environmentally conscious office supply choices and systemizing supply ordering while helping MG maintain and improve its B Corp status. Billie Jean also provides executive support to two staff members, the finance team, as well as provides project management and coordination for client teams.

Experience
Prior to MG, Billie Jean worked as an IT administrative assistant at Precision Castparts Corp. and was a data analyst and executive assistant at Voya Financial Advisors.
Billie Jean has an Associate of Science degree and is working toward a Bachelor of Science in psychology and sociology with a concentration in environmental sociology.
In Community
Billie Jean spends her free time teaching children at a local climbing gym and working in youth development programs. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors and Pacific Northwest with her boyfriend, Louis. In addition to work, teaching and adventuring, she is also a fashion and fitness model. Billie Jean is an avid runner, often participating in local races that support different charities and research. On lazier days, she loves watching movies with her bunny, Amelie.
