Trillium Offers Hope with Connections to Resources
Trillium Family Services (TSF) wanted to expand its storytelling capacity and its role as a thought leader and go-to resource for information about children’s mental health. They needed a new website that would not only match the brand experience their audiences had in other parts of their organization, but also serve as a resource for information, an engagement tool and an advocacy platform. The website needed a modern, brand-appropriate design, and current, relevant and accessible content that would keep people coming back.
Metropolitan Group worked with TFS to define and refine a content strategy, design a modern look and feel, and develop a website that could scale with the organization’s needs as it grew.
The site launched in 2015 to rave reviews from both staff and audiences, to the tune of over 2,000 percent compared to the previous year. This resulted in a dramatic increase in the use of the website by all audiences. In addition, by developing an easy-to-update content management system, MG has given TFS the ability to keep their content fresh, dynamic and relevant to their clients and audience—helping them build a brighter future for children and families.
