GSA Qualifications

Metropolitan Group is a pre-qualified and pre-approved vendor for the federal General Services Administration to provide a broad range of communication services for complex and large-scale public sector campaigns and projects. Our GSA contract number is GS-23F- 0025R, and we are available to provide services for the following schedules or SIN categories, 541 5 (integrated marketing and advertising services), 541 2 (public relations services), 541 4A (market research and analysis services) and 541 1000 (other direct costs).

Metropolitan Group’s current and recent work on GSA and other public projects includes:

  • Creating a strategic commemoration plan in partnership with the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission under a contract with the Library of Congress. Under our current GSA contract, we are developing the fundraising strategy for the Commission.
  • Developing a strategic resource development and business plan for Mount St. Helens National Monument in collaboration with the USDA Forest Service to help stabilize the Monument’s financial future and ensure that it will be able to continue providing high quality visitor experiences. We are currently providing resource development services under a contract with the National Forest Foundation for the next two phases of this project.
  • Working under contract with Caliber Associates on a U.S. Health and Human Services/Children’s Bureau project to rebrand and position, with a single identity the National Clearinghouse on Child Abuse and Neglect Information and the National Adoption Information Clearinghouse.
  • Working with two programs of Seattle-King County Public Health. For the Tobacco Prevention Program, we provided outreach strategies and materials, as well as Web development and design for a smoke-free restaurant and apartment campaign. For the Disaster Preparedness Section, we are providing market research and writing toolkit content.
  • Developing the national marketing plan and Web portal (www.lewisandclark200.org) for the National Council of the Lewis and Clark Bicentennial.
