Heritage, Arts & Culture

Arts, culture, heritage and humanities are a major focus for Metropolitan Group. We have worked on numerous centennials, sesquicentennials and other commemorative campaigns as well as historic preservation and restoration projects. We help advance cultural advocacy, arts funding and audience development. Clients range from local and national nonprofit organizations to city, state and federal agencies. We work with museums; visitor centers; parks and historic sites, interpretive and cultural centers; theaters and symphonies; visual arts and arts education groups; libraries; state and local arts and humanities councils; historical societies and heritage commissions; advocacy organizations; foundations; tourism commissions; and economic and community development agencies.

Whether we are working on a new powerful brand, identifying new donors, crafting a public will building campaign, forming a grassroots coalition, developing legislative strategy, writing and designing program materials and online strategies or conducting community visioning sessions that are culturally relevant our core priorities are ensuring that we collaborate, build capacity and create results.
